Look, at my core, I am just a big nerd with an even larger heart. I care. I listen. I make strong connections with my patients. I truly care about you and your health. I want you to get better. I want you to be happy. Oh man, what I would do for you to be happy! Health is attainable and it's easier than you think.

I have been practicing nutrition since 2018, have been licensed since 2020, and have 12 years of experience in the fitness space. I have a Masters in Human Nutrition with a subspecialty in Functional Medicine.

I pride myself in combining my experiences in fitness and nutrition with my passion for behavior change and continuous learning. I bottle this all up and pop it open during our time together.
